Training Details

Various types of training are provided by the Upazila Social Service Office. Some of the notable trainings are: Basic Training, Rural and Urban Social Service Program Management, Probation and Aftercare Services Management, Training in Modern Office Management, and Training on Hospital Social Service Program Management. In addition, various vocational trainings are provided through the Skill Development Training Center.

Some important training programs of the Upazila Social Service Office:
Basic Training:
This is a basic training for social service workers that helps in developing the knowledge and skills required for their work.
Rural and Urban Social Service Program Management:
This training teaches the techniques and methods of managing social service programs in rural and urban areas.
Probation and Aftercare Services Management:
This training enhances the skills in providing probation and aftercare services for the rehabilitation of criminals in the society.
Training in Modern Office Management:
This training makes the officers skilled in the use of modern office management and information technology.
Hospital Social Service Program Management:
This training provides training on managing social service programs and assisting patients in hospitals.
Vocational Training:
This training helps youth acquire skills in various employment-related activities, such as sewing training, computer training, etc.
Visually Impaired Education Program:
Integrated Visually Impaired Education Program creates educational opportunities for visually impaired children.
Registration and Assistance to Voluntary Social Welfare Organizations:
This training helps voluntary organizations register and manage their activities.
In addition, special training workshops are also organized at different times by the Upazila Social Service Office.
