Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of Upazila Social Service Office, Kalihati, Tangail is as follows:

• Upazila Social Service Officer:

Head of the office and responsible for the overall activities.

• Assistant Social Service Officer:

Assists in the work of the Social Service Officer and supervises various activities.

• Office Assistant:

Assists in clerical and administrative work.

• Senior Assistant:

Assists in accounting and other important office work.

• Field Supervisor:

Monitors and supervises various activities at the field level.

• Union Worker:

Organizes various service activities at the union level.

• Technical Trainer:

Responsible for providing training in various trades.

• Office Assistant:

Assists in general office work.

• Night Watchman:

Ensures the security of the office.
